Medium: video tape frame stills

Notes: I started with colorful frames of static I pulled off of video tape. Then I started playing around with mirroring sections together in Photoshop and adding some effects. When I rotated the artwork to a vertical position... I noticed an image appear! What it looked like to me was an Angel with the figure of a man below. What do you see?
